Mae is a stunning black roan, imported from the Czech Republic. As a young pup she was very confident and bold. She came out of her crate at the airport full of fire! She has an amazing nose and a ton of style. She is a fun one to watch in the field. She is a dog that adjusts her range with the type of terrain you are hunting, staying within 50 yards or so in the south Texas brush and reaching out to 200 plus in the northern prairies. We had the privilege of being a demo dog for the Natural Ability test at the NAVHDA AIMS and Rules Clinic when she was 8 months old. Had it been a real test, she would have been a prize 1.

Mae ran her NAVHDA Natural Ability Test at 15 months old. She is a bird finding machine that strives to please her handler. Mae has a Utility Prize 1 with 201 points. She will be training for the prestigious NAVHDA Invitational over the next year.

Mae has a huge personality. The retrieve in this one is strong. She always has something in her mouth to bring to you, sometimes it's a leaf and other times it is a gallon of milk. She excels in the duck blind or on the prairies. She is a truly versatile dog. She has given us 3 beautiful litters up to this point.
