Mae is a stunning black roan, imported from the Czech Republic. As a young pup she was very confident and bold. She came out of her crate at the airport full of fire! She has an amazing nose and a ton of style. She is a fun one to watch in the field. She is a close ranging dog, staying within 50 yards or so. We had the privilege of being a demo dog for the Natural Ability test at the Navhda AIMS and Rules Clinic when she was 8 months old. Had it been a real test, she would have been a prize 1.

Mae ran her NAVHDA Natural Ability Test at 15 months old. Out of all the dogs I have ran in NA, Mae had the best field work. She is a bird finding machine that strives to please her handler. At 24 months Mae ran Utility in Oklahoma, a 2 in her duck search dropped her from prize 1 category.

Mae entered a show ring for the first time in March 2022. There were 3 shows that weekend. She won her class in each show and went Reserve Best Female behind Hannah in each show. I cannot wait to finish her championship. For a young wiggly dog, she did very well in the ring. The judge commented on her beautiful gait and with more time to grow and mature, she will turn into a very nice female.

Mae has a huge personality. The retrieve in this one is strong. She always has something in her mouth to bring to you, sometimes it's a leaf and other times it is a gallon of milk.
